Rules & Guidelines

Our Parking Guidelines

Assigned Spots
Never park in a reserved spot unless you're paying for it. Reserved spots are extensions of member driveways.
Update Your Vehicle Info
If you have a reserved spot, keep the office updated with any changes to your vehicle.
Overnight Guest Passes
Contact the third-party listed on the weekly calendar. Unregistered vehicles may be ticketed.
No Staff Parking
At no time may members or their visitors park in designated staff parking spaces.

For parking concerns, contact the office or the By-De-Molen parking liaison directly.

Parking Reminders

Ensure your vehicle is parked within the lines.
Do not leave items or refuse in parking areas.
Report unauthorized vehicles to the office.
Unregistered overnight vehicles may be ticketed without warning.
